Question: I have an apple ipod 20gb. how do i put music from my cds onto the ipod?

I have windows media player on my laptop; i also dont have much memory- 126mb- do i need to download anything before i can transfer music from my cds to put them onto the ipod? any help appreciated. thanks

You need to import the music from your cds to itunes and then sync your ipod with itunes. If you don 't have itunes download it for free from apple.com.

Burn the tracks onto the pc and then copy the files over to the ipod :)

You don 't need to put the music on your computer at all (saves space), all you need to do is put the CD into your computer, open up iTunes, your iPod (In the left side of the options bar) should appear with a CD under it, click on the CD, all the songs on the CD should be there. Then simply drag the songs you want onto the IPod icon and they should be put onto your iPod. Hope that helps.
